Summary

I am a technical content creator, project manager, and trainer specializing in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions. My focus is on leveraging tools like SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI to help organizations streamline their processes and adopt M365 through effective administration, governance, and collaboration strategies.

With a background in business analysis and systems administration across various industries, I’ve authored ten books on M365, including certification exam guides. My blog, NateChamberlain.com, features over 400 posts and has garnered more than 3.8 million views, while my YouTube channel, with 130+ videos, has reached 1.7 million views. I frequently speak at user groups and conferences, sharing insights and learning from others to tackle digital workplace challenges.

My Master’s in Library and Information Science (MLS) enhances my ability to drive M365 adoption, particularly in SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform. With a strong foundation in information architecture, taxonomy, and content management, I bring a user-centered approach to organizing data and optimizing knowledge management and its related business processes. This ensures that M365 environments are intuitive, efficient, and tailored to the needs of the modern workforce.

I hold several certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Power Platform App Maker Associate, and Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate. Prior to joining the public sector, I was honored to receive the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award for five consecutive years (2019–2024) in recognition of my contributions to the M365 community. My technical trainer certifications (Microsoft MCT and CompTIA CTT+) have helped to refine my ability to simplify complex topics and create engaging, impactful learning experiences, making technical concepts more accessible and easier to grasp.

Curiosity and a passion for learning drive me to explore new technologies and share my knowledge with others. Outside of tech, I volunteer as a docent at the Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium, educating visitors on wildlife conservation.
